Job Description
Educationists often say "there's no such a thing as an unprepared lesson". In a learning institution, line managers would always insist that their staff show evidence of preparation by way of lesson plans and schemes of work. They also check to see that the lesson plan meets the OFTED standard. Preparing a lesson is a complex matter and is better left with a qualified teacher.
Homeschooling can only be effective if it is based on a professionally prepared lesson plan.
